Glow in the Dark Balenciaga

For all those who were keen to know what was in the Balenciaga box, this is it: glow in the dark fluorescent high tops! This will probably be somewhat disappointing for those who assumed it was Balenciaga women's footwear (which is infinitely more exciting than the men's on the whole), but these are still definitely some of the most amazing/insane shoes I've ever bought.

They're from several seasons ago: I remember seeing them in the shops a few times and thinking to myself that they were alright, but nothing that amazing. If any of the shop staff, however, had explained that they glowed in the dark, I would have fallen on them right away. Perhaps the staff at Browns and Harrods (as I think it was) never even knew, but surely they would have noticed the ghostly green glow when they turned the lights off and shut up shop for the night?! Still, it goes to show the importance of knowing about the products you're selling if you want to make a sale..
